See integrative doc: Some forms of small intestine dysbiosis can cause insulin resistance is the new research into the human microbiome (gut). Happens in slender or skinny people, and worth investigating. Sounds secondary, and need to treat root cause, review your medical records, history, and do further work up. Taking PPI (anti acid meds) changes your pH, and this can be additive. Need a 2nd opinion to correlate!
