Translation: I believe I do not understand your wording, but... If as simple and normal a thing as drinking some water after finishing a meal takes it away instantly - there's no serious problem. Perhaps you eat too quickly or too much or in a poor position. Hypochondria means frequent unneeded worry that you are ill. I never heard it located left or right - but you may have a bit of that. Try to get over it.
