Most unlikely.: I am concerned about the calf pain. Have that checked by your Doc ASAP or at an ER to ensure its not a Blood clot.

Can't see relation: Can't see a relation between these two. The blood draw injury should not cause symptoms in your calf. What kinds of things make your calf feel worse? Movement? Compression? Standing? Is there any swelling there? Let us know if we can help, or have someone look at it.
