Do you mean like: palpitations that you feel that are pronounced? You may want to have your thyroid worked up by your doctor too, and see if that is normal or under/over active. Someitmes, thyroid dysfunction also has cardiac symptoms that may go unrecognized, because the cardiac work up comes back negative or normal. It's worth looking into.
