A member asked:

Why do i feel movements around my hips? (i am 100% sure i'm not pregnant) should i be worried? is it ovarian cysts or something serious?

Bowels: Probably just peristalsis in your bowels. Cysts don't "move". If there is no pain and no fever, discharge or issues with your bowel movements I would not worry.

Peristalsis: Movement felt in the abdomen (in the absence of pregnancy) is the gut. Peristalsis is the muscular motion that occurs in the gut to move food / stool along the tract. The ovaries and uterus don't move much and cysts would cause pain more than any sensation of movement.
