Early pregnancy: This means an early pregnancy. The cramping could be nothing more than a growing uterus. Repeating the blood pregnancy test (hopefully a HCG level was done) in 72 hours can show that it is a normally developing intrauterine pregnancy if the level doubles. Good luck
