See integrative Dr.: This is complicated. You probably have allergies; get tested. May have food allergies; try avoiding dairy and gluten. Avoid sugar. Good chance you have chronic sinusitis but antibiotics may worsen as it's usually fungal. May have mold toxicity form mold in home or workplace. Read Sinus Survival by Rob Ivker MD.
