Possible: You can bleed due to an infection or cervical irritation or even a tear and still ovulate but this bleeding but this would not be a period. Nausea can be caused by any number of things but if you think you may be pregnant check a pregnancy test to be sure. It sounds like you also need to see a doctor to look into the nausea and bleeding.
