Yes: A very small piece of glass is not likely to cause you harm, especially if you have eaten or are eating regular meals. I notice that you take aspirin, so just keep an eye on your stools, and if you notice them turning to dark or tarry, or experience light headedness, that may be sign of a gastrointestinal bleed. Again, very unlikely from a small piece of glass.
