Bad Behavior?: Consider Behavior (or CBT Therspy. It's hard to do it (not impossible) on your own. Medications alone aren't nearly as helpful as when combined w/ Tx. You can stop! and you'll learn how. You must be patient and optimistic and it will happen. Hypnosis is also a technique some use to crack habits or tics. Seek and sample. Best!
