More evaluation: Gallbladder surgery probably has nothing to do with your headaches, but the headaches shouldn't be ignored. CAT scans can evaluate only the anatomy of the brain. There are many causes of headache that won't show up on CAT scan. Since headaches can be a sign of something treatable and/or serious, you need to see your doctor about this.
