Probably not, but...: There is something we call sub-clinical hypothyroidism in which the usual blood tests don't show a thyroid problem. A TRH stimulation test is helpful, but cumbersome, time-consuming and expensive. Don't ask for it. My advice is to open your mind to other reasons for whatever is making you think there is something wrong with your thyroid. Get evaluated for your complaints, not for your theories.
