A member asked:

Can typhoid fever cause neurological symptoms such as brain fog, slight memory disturbances, changes in vision, and /or confusion?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Typhoid fever: Absolutely. Hallucinations, alterations in sensorium, diminished levels of consciousness and other neurological symptoms occur frequently in typhoid fever. But do not just assume that this is the diagnosis. See a doctor and be fully evaluated. Best wishes.
