In each state, there are specific guidelines for administering Conscious Sedation for Children. It requires advanced education & training for a Permit by a dentist or dental anesthesiologist with continuing education including Pediatric Advanced Life Support. It is NEVER safe to give any medication to children from home for sedation. Please consult with your dentist & do not endanger your child.
