What are the effects of taking nyquil with large dose of xanax (alprazolam)?

Dangerous. : Nyquil has a good amount of alcohol in it and you should not mix xanax (alprazolam) with alcohol. At best, you will be very sleepy. At worst, you could stop breathing and die.
