No: you should have been cleared after 48 hours and for sure after a week. I would recommend retaking your meds and NO SEX until you and your partner are both tested and you both see each others results are negative

Testing chlamydia comes with 2 ways: discover the bug itself with culture, which is difficult if not done correctly because it is an intracellular agent, or testing its metabolic products - nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT), which is most commonly used and may linger for months. Retesting it in 3 months has been advised if not clinically urgent. So, do thing at right time
