Exercise induced: asthma is a possibility. Anxiety can cause tightness in the chest due to muscle spasms in the chest wall. You are also probably hyperventilating causing dizziness. Mitral valve prolapse also needs to be ruled out . It can cause chest discomfort and can be seen at your age. See your doctor. Hope this helps.

Asthma?: hi, you might have something that we call Exercise induced Asthma, you better see ur PMD for evaluation and also PFT (pulmonary Function test with methacholine challenge ) and if the pFT is normal then maybe an ultrasound of the heart if the heart examination shows anything abnormal,

Exertional chest pai: / DOE Needs evaluation. Will suggest primary care evaluation. Exercise induced Asthma is unlikely with chest pain at rest or in the morning nor is anxiety likely early in the morning and after exercise. Will suggest evaluation for cardiomyopathy or HOCM or vavular heart disease
