Perianal cause?: Given your age and the fact that you say there is burning pain, which I presume you mean in the perianal region, I would find it most likely that you have a problem in that area. It is not likely to be cancer, but whenever someone has rectal bleeding, it is important to figure out the cause. You should see your regular family doctor or a gastroenterologist as soon as possible. Good luck.

See Dr.: The solution is you need to see the Dr ASAP....Blood in your stool, (especially accompanied with burning sensation), is never normal. At a young age, the condition is usually benign, like a lower "internal" hemorrhoid, but you can never be sure. See a GI dr for an evaluation of your rectal bleeding, and in the mean time, increase fluids and eat a bland, fiber filled diet. Best wishes.
