Infection vs seroma: this could be an indication for an infection in the surgical site. It it can also be a seroma or fat necrosis. If it's an infection it needs to be opened and drained. The other option - nothing needs to be done unless it causes pain, getting worse or given a few more weeks it is still present. I would highly recommend seeing your surgeon asap.
