Abdominal pain: Left upper quadrant pain could be from the following: Esopahgus, stomach, spleen, left lower lung, diaphragm, heart, colon or left kidney. Always possible for adrenal pain and even some ovarian problems to refer there.

Difficult to say: It is difficult to tell what is exactly causing your discomfort without more information. Does anything make the pain better or worse? Can you describe it? Many things can cause stomach discomfort.
