Acetaminophen: Since Alka-Seltzer contains aspirin, I would not take ibuprofen within 6 hours. Try acetaminophen or paracetamol instead.

No: Alka Seltzer contains aspirin in many ways it is similar to Ibuprofen. It definitely is not advised to take them in proximity to each other.
