Vagal reaction: It sounds like you may be experiencing a vagal reaction with bowel movement. This is not an unnatural reaction but it may be exagerated in some individuals. It is not clear if you have any medical or mental health diagnosis but it is more common in females with anxiety disorder. You may benefit by consulting with your doctor for an anticholinergic such as scopolamine if symptoms worsen.

Odd question, I'll feel fine when waking then 10 minutes later have a bowel movement and after am dizzy and disoriented. Eating doesn't help.
