You may have a: sleep disorder, you may also have an anxiety disorder. Start w/family doc and then see a mental health professional. Yawning is a way to absorb more oxygen. Yoga and related breathing exercises may also be helpful. Peace and good health.

Anxiety /yawning: Have you been checked for sleep apnea? Thyroid issue?Mitral valve prolapse? Develop a sleep routine like exercise 2-3 hours before bed, glass of milk 1 hour before bed, soothing music, no electronic devices in bedroom, seek appropriate medical attention for anxiety. See doctor /urgent care this week
