Not great.: These readings are not at all disastrous but also not very good. What concerns me most is that you're allowing anxiety to bully you and push you around - like those ads w/ a 90 lb weakling having sand kicked in his face till he goes to the gym and gets muscles! Consider CBT therapy to master anxiety and show it who's boss! Really, you'll have a much better life if you do. Exercise + other fun.
