Call you doctor: Do you have a nasal congestion or any history of abnormal bleeding in you or your family? Since you have dizziness you need to see your doctor or go to the ER to rule out anemia Regarding the nausea, it can be from the blood going from your nose to your stomach but other causes need to be excluded like pregnancy. For nasal bleeding, try to apply a pressure on the tip of your nose for 10-15minutes
