What's a dangerous hr? i am 26 and i have chd congenital and pots? i had an incidental diagnosis of 1 papvr vein that mayo said is fine.

Dysautonomia: It really has a lot to do with the nature of your heart disease but the HR factor due to CHD is likely to be stable while that related top POTS is going to be labile. In general if HR exceeds 100 at rest that is considered tachycardia. If standing increases your HR by greater than 30-40 beats compared to lying down then your POTS is not under control. for either, call your doctor
