See a GI doctor: Try hydrating yourself, adding bulk to your diet or substituting one of a variety of fiber supplements. Get your thyroid function tested, exercise regularly. In your case the pain suggests that either you may be impacted and must be disimpacted digitally, or that there is some form of intestinal obstruction. Strongly suggest seeing a gastroenterologist if simple measures do not work.
