No but it's common!: Some things are so common that it is almost normal.Phlegm in the morning is one of those things. Anyone with allergies probably wakes up with some phlegm almost every morning depending on what they are allergic to. If you are producing a LOT of phlegm, you might want to consider getting an allergy consult to try and determine what you are allergic to. Taking an antihistamine at night may help too
