There is no: connection with vaginal "looseness" and either the amount of sex one has or the number of partners one has. I also know of no correlation between that and pregnancy other than some women have more vaginal secretions during pregnancy. It may be the increased lubrication is what he is feeling. Otherwise, there is absolutly no way to tell if someone has been cheating by how it feels "down there".
