Good 1st step: Congrats on taking a first step - expressing worry about your possible addiction. Go see a doctor. Most will go through a checklist of things like - worsened relationships with family/friends - whether you're hoarding - whether you're running out early - concern about future availability of xanax (alprazolam) - whether you've got xanax (alprazolam) from a non-prescribed or 'legal' source. A host of other things.

Xanax (alprazolam) addiction: You would feel like you need higher doses as time passes, you would take it to get the BUZZ feeling without having anxiety, and you would notice that it is not as effective as originally was when you started it.
