Painful papule: Try using benzoyl peroxide acne products on it or antibiotic ointment after washing throroughtly. If this doesn't help and you have a history of significant sun exposure, please visit your primary care physician or dermatologist. I do not have information about your current age, which helps with differential diagnosis.

Inflammatory acne: The pressure from your glasses has likely caused an inflammatory response similar to acne. If you can give the area some rest from the glasses and try some hydrocortisone or benzoyl peroxide, it will help reduce the inflammation.
