Uncertain: Is the 'bump' a pimple or something you squeezed?Infection can be spread internally by squeezing & lead to serious brain infections.Headache (HA) & neck pain could indicate such infection.Immed visit to dr. recommended in that case.Could also be unrelated.HA often leads to neck pain & vice versa.Still good idea to see dr.A good osteopathic history & exam may find cause.Manipulation may relieve.
