See a podiatrist.: It could be a stress fracture of one of the central metatarsal bones, or just plantar forefoot pain from lack of enough cushioning of the foot. For more cushioning, try spenco standard insoles. If you want the insoles to have arch support as well, use the spenco polysorb cross trainer style.
