What to do if i have pain on right side of neck and behind the shoulder?

Need more info.: This could be a muscular pain or one related to nerve compression, but we'd need more information to be sure. Is this new, or have you had this for a long time? Any trauma involved in its onset? Any numbness of weakness of the right arm or hand? How did it start exactly?
