What to do if i have rash on lower buttocks, 8 swollen lymph nodes upper thigh?

Examine anus: The nodes you refer to are groin nodes involved with bad infection of perianal region or with early perianal skin malignancies. One should have the anal canal examined and if questionable lesion found biopsy should be performed,, If perianal area neg and nodes persist then nodes should be biopsied.
