Seek referral from : your Primary Care Provider to a psychiatrist & a psychologist for accurate diagnosis & multimodal treatment recommendations as soon as possible. See http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/antisocial-personality-disorder/basics/definition/con-20027920 for information, but don't self-diagnose or self-medicate, as that is more harmful than helpful.

Antisocial: The modern clinical term for sociopathy is antisocial personality disorder. The hallmark of this disorder is the person seems to have no conscience, or sense of morality, or right or wrong. This person cannot empathize with others, is opportunistic, predatory, and often thrill seeking. An example of this would be Charles Manson. Don't diagnose yourself. Get a psychiatric evaluation.
