Cream,pills: Prescription creams such as metrocream, finances, and even clenia can help rosacea. Oral antibiotics including oracea, minocin, (minocycline) and doxycyline can suppress pustules. Trigger foods which are identified by diet history should be avoided. See add.Org pamphlet on rosacea for common trigger foods.

Acne rosacea vs acne: Acne rosacea is not the same as acne because the former primarily effects the facial ski vessels whereas the latter effects the sebaceous glands. However acne rosacea is associated with overgrowth of the oil glands effecting the nose and is known as rhinophyma.
