See ENT: For the most part, the saline rinses work well - but if you firehose it up the nose, it can go into the ear through the eustachian tubes. Time will probably take care of this, but if it's giving you a lot of discomfort, i'd probably see an ent. I'd be curious to hear how our ENT colleagues would treat this! good luck!
