Hang in there: We still don't have much for babies and rsv. About one third of babies respond to albuterol nebulizers so we try those. Expect a month of illness here. If he responds to nebs you can try those every four hours at home. You may have to do smaller feedings to keep him hydrated. Watch for wet diapers at least 3 a day we want to see. Your doc will want to check him going into the weekend!
