Could be IBS: If the diarrhea only occurs after a meal, this could be a form of irritable bowel syndrome. As long as you are not having bleeding along with it, should be safe to try some OTC Imodium (loperamide) AD and see if that helps or not. If not, please see your physician to see if further investigations are needed or not.
