Bacterial: Its a chronic bacterial infection of the nose which can also affect the upper airway as well. Symptoms include runny nose, nosebleeds and even destruction of the nasal cartilage. Treatment ( after culture and possibly biopsy) would include tetracycline and cipro (ciprofloxacin)
