Yes: Breastfeeding while pregnant isn't ideal but it can be safe if you adjust your diet a little. You will need to add some calories to account for both the baby and the breastfeeding and you will need to be really good about additional water as you can get very dehydrated that way. You should start weaning during your pregnancy as it will be hard to breastfeed both babies.

Some women who become pregnant while lactating do continue to produce milk, but the hormone responsible for milk letdown is oxytocin, which can cause uterine contractions and lead to preterm labor. The uterus usually has few receptors for this hormone in the first trimester, so most don't have symptoms in the first trimester. If you're pregnant, it is time to wean.
