Wrong question: Throw away the foban. A scab is NOT desirable for best healing. Lubricate with vaseline or Aquaphor. Water is good for it. No antibiotic or antiseptic is of the slightest benefit except as lubrication. They may cause allergic reactions. Wounds heal better without any of them!!!!
