Bupropion: differs from other antidepressants in that it is the only antidepressant more selective for inhibiting dopamine reuptake than 5-HT or NE. Bupropion 300 mg is the usual dose. You may feel impulsive, irritable, agitated. Report any new or worsening symptoms to your doctor immediately.
