Many causes: Some dark skinned people just have pigmented spots on their feet. If you're certain they weren't there yesterday- they can due to viral infections, bacteria like Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever; but usually also have fever & swollen lymph nodes. (+50 other things like drug reactions, syphilis, or life threatening diseases like meningitis). If you're having fever/ headache/ body aches see a doc.
