Many possible things: You need to have them checked by podiatrist or dermatologist. Without physical examination it is difficult to answer because there are so many possible causes. Some very simple to some very serious. Best of luck!

Derm eval: These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.
