Pruritis: See your primary care physician for labwork and exam. There are conditions such as liver problems that can cause itching without a rash. Try claritin and zantac (ranitidine) together, if not allergic and no contraindications. See your doctor soon. It must be miserable. Try and stop the itch-scatch cycle by trimming fingernails and wearing socks or gloves at night.
