Pleuresy: It is inflammation of the lining of the lung. It could also be inflammation of the lining of the heart. Another possibility is costochondritis. Take over the counter ibuprofen for the pain in the mean time see your doctor for an evaluation or go to Urgent care if you can not get a hold of your doctor.
