Two questions: First question, in general fat belly can occur do poor dietary habits that promote insulin resistance including comsuption of high glycemic index carbonhydrates, decreased frequency of eating, comsuption of large amount of alcohol and decreased physical activity and chronic constipation and multiple medical illness. Second question-----No illness from rubbing the clitoris in general
