Be selective: Hydroquinone stops melanin production when used on skin. If your dark spots are recent from sun exposure you should only use the cream on the spots. If used on the entire skin, your skin tone will lighten and could make spots appear more. First you need a diagnosis to determine what your spots are from. HQ is usually a prescription product so consult with your doctor.
